Kenya Miles-Cooper

Kenya started her career in the financial industry with Mellon Bank. In 1999 she moved into a position with General Electric Financial Corp in the Property & Casualty field where she mastered her craft of negotiation skills and arbitration expertise. On July 4, 2002, Kenya relocated to Phoenix from Philedelphia and took the first year to acclimate herself to the city.

Kenya re-entered the Property & Casualty field with The Hartford Insurance Company and ended her career in 2014 with Swift Transportation. While living in Pomona, California she reluctantly took the leap into the Cannabis industry and learned the true benefits of the entire cannabis plant. After returning to Phoenix, she joined the Women's Grow team and became one of founders of "Speed Hiring for Canna Jobs", which addressed the community's need for employment and education. Her mentoring and management qualities took her to the Women's Grow National Chapter.

She assisted in the opening of the first dispensary in the U.S. with a medicinal drive-thru for the patients with mobility limitations. Kenya then went on to start Kenyaprise Marketing & Management Group, who launched B.W.I.C. in 2019 with a passion to educate and assist her community with the correct footprint to build successful businesses.

During those years, Tamika has managed private salons as well as corporate chain salons. Meekah's resume includes management, customer service, team building, and training and conflict resolutions. She also holds her licensing for P&C in 47 states. She considers herself a master at customer service but carries a torch for entrepreneurship. Empowering and encouraging others and helping or finding a way for someone to achieve their goals is her mission.
